With over 20 years of experience in business and five years in holistic wellness, she crafts transformative experiences that inspire creativity, hope, and purpose. Her work empowers organizations to reconnect with their core values and embrace innovative, heart-centered leadership.
Additionally, her training and mastery in holistic practices have allowed her to guide individuals and organizations on wellness journeys. These experiences have also enabled her to write playbooks, lead group circles, and coach businesses through transformative growth.
With a well-studied and well learned history she is alloted deep understanding of both personal and professional ecosystems, she is equipped to spearhead meaningful change in today’s corporate culture driven by heart, integrity, quality, and sustainability at the root.
